Nuaire
In 2007, Electra led the £83 million management buyout of Nuaire. Nuaire is the leading UK based manufacturer and distributor of ventilation equipment for commercial and residential applications, with factories in Caerphilly, South Wales and St Brisson-sur-Loire, France.
Nuaire had a respectable half year’s trading to March 2010, delivering profits close to budget but lower than last year, reflecting the continued slowdown in construction activity and adverse weather conditions. Nuaire’s management continue to review all aspects of the business with the objective of maintaining and growing profitability.
